      <description>Our new renewed partnership with PayPal as our preferred payment vendor as well as our renewed assurance to the environment as a paperless solution company has brought on a new auto payment solution that allows our clients to use their checking account or credit card to pay their ship watchers and or carrier invoices free of charge.&amp;nbsp; This is a free service to our clients after our auditing has insured that all your charges are correct and inaccurate shipping costs are refunded to your shipping account as part of our 93 shipping audit point.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
With this solution clients can even put a cap on the amount with drawn from their checking account or credit card per month.&amp;nbsp; If more is needed the client simply authorizes the limit to increase.&amp;nbsp; All clients can review the recommended amount per month within the Automatic Payment section from their “My Account” page.&lt;br /&gt;
With this solution we offer the 1% reduction on shipping audit client’s Statement of Accounts and also a $250 refund at the end of the year to the client for being paperless for one full year.&amp;nbsp; This $250 is for every year you remain paperless and use our automated payment solution.&lt;br /&gt;

      <title>Heat Wave Power Outage Switches Our Servers (July 7th, 2010)</title>

&lt;p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial; font-size: 10pt;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial; font-size: 10pt;"&gt;This outage impacted our main emails, &lt;st1:place w:st="on"&gt;&lt;st1:PlaceName w:st="on"&gt;Support&lt;/st1:PlaceName&gt; &lt;st1:PlaceType w:st="on"&gt;Center&lt;/st1:PlaceType&gt;&lt;/st1:place&gt;, Portal and Main Site for this hour plus duration.&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;We have since switched over to backup servers located in &lt;st1:place w:st="on"&gt;&lt;st1:State w:st="on"&gt;Florida&lt;/st1:State&gt;&lt;/st1:place&gt; and will remain there until the heat wave in the North East breaks.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

As always and as it annually happens our CEO will be bringing all management staff  and clients out into the Manchester NH area for the festivities of the Irish holiday.  If you lost your client invite you are more than welcome to get a hold of your Account Executive to find our where and when details.  They can arrange for your transportation as well if needed.&lt;br /&gt;
