Our main datacenter stayed online with backup generators however our connection provider went down due to a massive heat wave impacting the North East. This outage impacted our main emails, Support Center, Portal and Main Site for this hour plus duration. On June 2nd, 2010 a study performed for an upcoming ranking overview company, along with a shipping carrier’s recommendation.
