Our main datacenter stayed online with backup generators however our connection provider went down due to a massive heat wave impacting the North East.
This outage impacted our main emails, Support Center, Portal and Main Site for this hour plus duration. We have since switched over to backup servers located in Florida and will remain there until the heat wave in the North East breaks.
