The processing center that houses our AEs and Staff will be closed at 1 PM on December 31st, 2009 and closed on January 1st, 2010 for the holiday season.
All auditing and processing of shipments will still be completed via our online portal and adjustments will still be active during this time period. All clients will have complete access to their accounts during this time.
As always we will have staff available 24.7 via our Support Center online and also an On Call Duty officer at our toll free number for emergency purposes.
