This is due to the large number of clients, businesses and companies closed where the holiday falls on a Saturday this year.  We will have a fully operational Support Center Staff and OnCall Duty Officer available for support, shipment or account issues.  All upper management will have access to email still 24.7 during this holiday as they always do.

Shipping carriers such as FedEx and UPS have a normal schedule however expect a lot of businesses to be closed for pickups and deliveries during Friday.  If you have any issues with your pickups or deliveries you may call us as a client to resolve.

We are grateful for our Clients understanding for our staff to be able to spend time with their families during this holiday weekend.
