Ship Watchers 7 Day Payment On Statements Can Be Extended.

Have you found that our payment policy of 7 days turn around is too quick for your accounting department or cost reconciliation?

In these days and times most of our clients are now on an online payment solution for our statements or pay using their credit card or checking account via our vendor PayPal.

First let us explain the 7 day window structure on payments of Ship Watchers’ Statement of Account.  We from day one begin working on your shipping, analyzing every aspect of your shipments and freight invoices.  We immediately start returning savings to you right from the first week.  We offer monthly billing to all clients and our solution pays for itself hence the savings are already in your bank account before we bill you. 

We do however understand that there are some companies that need to have an extension on the payment window of 7 days.  If you are one of those companies feel free to contact your Account Executive to see about having the 7 day window bumped to 15 days.

Like the shipping carriers in order for us to give you more time to pay the Statement we will need to take an average of your invoices.  That average would be a deposit you would pay to Ship Watchers before you get the 15 day window.  The deposit remains on file with us in the event of a Statement or Statement(s) not being paid.  The deposit will be returned after 1 year of no late payments to the account.
