RankCarriers.com Shows Who is Who in Customer Service Values

Ship Watchers has linked our network into the RankCarriers.com servers and website to help provide information on Shipping Carriers such as UPS™ and FedEx™ in regards to timely responses and accurate accountability on issues that matter directly to the client.  Our network records each communication with the Shipping Carrier’s staff to set a benchmark within RankCarriers.com and insure that the carrier’s performance is recorded and shown to all clients.  The reports produced by RankCarriers.com are on a company level (all Ship Watchers client communications with carriers) and also on an individual level (client level).  The clients can then base their accounts experience on the companies as a whole.

 

This great feature allows our clients that start to lose contact with the shipping carriers to keep an eye out on the features that still matter.  Customer service and one call resolutions.

 

This feature is now free to clients of Ship Watchers.  Please check out your reporting section within the portal under the heading “Carrier Performance” for access to these great shipping reports.
