UPS Extended Area and Delivery Surcharge Script

This is a solution offered to clients to reduce their overall extra charges before they get billed via closed looped billing.  Do you have a website where a customer enters a address and completes the order?  This script allows your site to check our data tables via a script to get the additional charges that may be added to the shipment when delivered to allow you to bill the customer now instead of losing out later.
