This schedule is for basic and general reports.  Customized reports for clients that are produced on a customized schedule can be obtained by your Account Executive.

Monthly Reporting

All reports are generated for Monthly reporting on the first Monday of the new month.  That means that the reports will be available and ready on the next business day (Tuesday).

Weekly Reporting

All reports for weekly reporting are processed on Mondays for the previous weeks data, audit results and processing.  Tuesday reports will be available for users to view and download.

All customized request made by our CRG system will be completed (unless coded urgent) on Mondays on the following week.  Tuesday will be the day they are available for viewing and downloading.

(CRG Requests can be completed within 1 – 2 hours of the request, however a fee may be charged to the account if requested.)
