This system allows the client to log in and view the Unauthorized Charges to their shipping account.  The user can create a list of authorized users and our system will dispute weekly with the carriers the charges that are billed from unauthorized users.

Weekly the client will get a Summary Report showing the totals (volume and cost) that will be disputed by 10:00 PM EST.  New shipments will be uploaded within the system every Tuesday when the option is active within the "My Preferences"

You should insure that you are checking this list and removing the charges that should not be disputed.

You can suspend this process by contacting your Account Executive or by clicking the "Unauthorized Account Bills" option under your "My Preferences" screen within the portal.
