Ship Watchers will pull all C.O.D. shipments for you to monitor.  Unlike the Option 2 our network will process the C.O.D. payments directly from the carriers.  We follow up with all C.O.D. payments not cleared within 5 – 7 business days.  Carriers are required to make the C.O.D. payments if the driver did not collect the C.O.D.  Ship Watchers will monitor from start to finish and clear all C.O.D. payments within the portal automatically.  Users may log in and view the process from start to finish.  Weekly, C.O.D. payments are sent to the client or directly deposited into the clients checking account (a direct deposit form is required for this service).

This is a free service for all clients that use the Auditing Solution on common carriers.
