Your company can get a savings cost report free of charge from our network.  All it takes is an authorized staff member from your company signing our agent agreement form for the shipping carrier.  This form is not a contract and is only used for the carriers records to allow shipping information to be given to our network.

Once we receive the agent agreement signed, contact to your carrier is made and your account is set up within 24 hours.  You will have all the user IDs needed for your company to log in and view the online portal.

The carrier will send the data over to our network weekly.  You can log into the portal and view the information along with using the portal for your everyday shipping needs.  Rate quotes, intercepts, damage claims and more… 

Set your preferences up within the portal on what services (free of charge) that you would like Ship Watchers to perform for you.

Some of these options are Damage Claims Processing, Tracer Processing, C.O.D. Processing, Shipment Delay Notify and more.  All in one place for all the carriers you use!  No more accessing each individual carrier site for your needs.

After everything is set up, you may contact us for all your shipment needs.  We will take care of everyday processing and adjustments.  It will be credited to your account with the carrier and you will see the savings on your invoices. 

We then bill you out for a percentage of adjustments that are processed for your account.  So the solution pays for itself, gives you more in tools and creates less work while giving you back savings!
