Our network will report damages based on scans, shipping carrier information and documented notifications from the carrier. If you have a damage that a consignee reports, just simply type in the shipment tracking number to start the damage process. We will start the process with the carrier. (Optional Service: We can also collect merchandise information including cost, description, etc. from your companies systems to process the damages fully with the carrier.
